Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ChatKart, a Shopify application operated by Ardhanex Tech Pvt Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using ChatKart, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Service Description

ChatKart provides WhatsApp Business API integration for Shopify stores, including automated notifications, team inbox, campaign broadcasting, cart recovery, and chatbot automation.

4. WhatsApp Compliance

ChatKart uses the official WhatsApp Business API through Meta. You must comply with WhatsApp's Commerce Policy and Business Messaging Policy. Violations may result in your WhatsApp Business Account being restricted by Meta.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Free trial periods are specified per plan. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from the app settings.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of ChatKart is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process customer data on your behalf as a data processor.

7. Limitation of Liability

ChatKart is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for message delivery failures, WhatsApp API outages, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party can terminate by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or WhatsApp's policies.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
